Hitesh Sahni

Director-Programs

Hitesh Sahni, Director-Programs, brings a vast experience of 25 years working in various health domains, currently managing the operations of The Challenge Initiative (TCI) India. Under this role, he provides strategic direction to the team for executing and scaling up proven high impact approaches to attain sustainable results through the TCI India program.

In the past, he has successfully led an operational research program on NCDs in both rural and urban India through a consortium of partners. He also managed a tuberculosis program in various geographies in India, with a special focus on access and adherence to treatment and medicines.

He is an MBA graduate and a certified six sigma black belt with rich experience in process and quality improvement projects. Before joining PSI India, Hitesh was working with Eli Lilly and Company in various roles cutting across sales and marketing, partnerships management and international business.
