Deepti is the lead for Knowledge Management and Communication at PSI India. She focuses on devising simplified process to capture explicit and tacit knowledge, and developing them into knowledge products for learning and implementation by the programs. She plays a key role in supporting the organization visibility and contributes to new business development through her experience of program management, monitoring & evaluation and knowledge management.

Deepti has over 20 years of experience in designing, planning and executing projects around the issues that include family planning, maternal & child health, pediatric blindness, HIV/AIDS and education. She joined PSI India in 2011; prior to this, she worked for NACO, ORBIS International and Pratham. She holds a Master’s of Science degree from Lady Irwin College in Community Resource Management & Extension.
