Amit Kumar is General Manager & State Head-Operations in Uttar Pradesh. Having more than 19 years of experience in development sector, Amit has worked previously with various local and international organizations like GEAG, TCI Foundation, FHI 360, CARE, Landesa-RDI and many others in Uttar Pradesh and other places. Having Program Management expertise in core, he also has been the part of various research studies and publications. His additional proficiency in Program design and documentation has immensely contributed in organizational development across his career.

His areas of interest are Urban Health & Family Planning, Child Nutrition, Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction. He is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development.
