Within a year, the safe disposal of fecal sludge tripled, increasing from 25 lakh liters in January 2020 to 72 lakh liters in January 2021. Operators rebranded their tankers, embracing Lucknow Nagar Nigam’s guidelines as a mark of professionalism and reliability.
