My day began as it always does, attending to patients, but on Aarogya Diwas, the focus was to utilize the opportunity of creating awareness among parents, people who had arrived for vaccination needs of their children.

To enhance reproductive autonomy, the Government of India, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation India, introduced MPA-SC injectable contraceptives and Implanon NXT implants in Bihar. PSI India, as the technical partner, is aiding the Bihar State Health Society in implementing these methods across four districts, including expanding MPA-SC services in Sheikhpura.
