He has been instrumental in shaping national and state-level programs to strengthen urban health systems, aligning closely with the Government of India’s quality improvement agenda. His expertise includes urban health governance, family planning, maternal and child health, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). He is known for effective collaboration, strong communication skills, strategic problem-solving, and team mentoring.
